7.4 In addition to the terms set forth above, neither wardenera, nor its affiliates, information providers, or content partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in the information contained within the website, or for any other claims or losses arising therefrom or occasioned thereby.

Wardenera or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans, or new product names. 12.1 All copyrights and trademarks held by wardenera concerning its logos and content posted on the website by wardenera etc are the intellectual properties of wardenera and all rights are reserved on the same.

12.2 This agreement and any operating rules for wardenera established by wardenera constitute the parties' entire agreement concerning the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties concerning such subject matter. This agreement shall be construed per the laws of india.
